I have made some changes:
1. Avatars are enabled.
2. I put in some ranks but nothing "official" yet. We'll have to wait and see if the site ever "picks up" a bit.
3. I reduced the number of forum categories. If the forums should ever get to busy and need to be split up, I will do so.
4. I have added a forum to post sample code to.
